Revised house rules for Bella Vista

1. Respectful Quiet Hours:
– We kindly request that guests observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of our serene neighborhood and its natural surroundings.

2. Noise Policy:
– We value the peaceful ambiance of our neighborhood and ask that you refrain from hosting loud parties. Enjoy your music inside the house during quiet hours. Excessive noise, both inside and outside the house, is not allowed after 10:00 PM. Please note that fines may be imposed if official complaints are received from local bylaw officers regarding a violation of this rule.

3. Guest Information for Safety:
– For insurance compliance, we require all guests to provide their full name and year of birth.

4. No Smoking Indoors:
– Smoking is not permitted inside the house. There is a designated smoking area outside for your convenience.

5. Pet-Friendly Policy:
– We welcome your furry friends! Pets are allowed on the main floor of the house. Please be aware that there is a one-time pet fee of $80 for the first pet per stay. If you have additional pets, there is an extra pet fee of $50 per pet, with a limit of up to two extra pets.

6. Drone Use Restrictions:
– For the safety and privacy of our community, the use of drones is not allowed within our premises.
